It shall be the purpose of the Eucha-Spavinaw Management Act\n\nto preserve and promote the purposes and agreements of the parties\n\nset forth in the Settlement Agreement with regard to the Eucha-\n\nSpavinaw Watershed. Provided, nothing in this act is intended or\n\nshall be construed as an amendment to the Settlement Agreement or\n\nthe rights and duties granted the parties therein.\n\nB. The Eucha-Spavinaw Management Act shall apply to all persons\n\nutilizing poultry waste for land application purposes in the Eucha-\n\nSpavinaw Watershed and shall only apply to the Eucha-Spavinaw\n\nWatershed.\n\nC.
