Stat. tit. 2, § 2-10-21","heading":"State Poultry Show - Expenses - Two divisions","body":"There is hereby established in the State of Oklahoma a State\n\nPoultry Show, which shall be held annually under the supervision of\n\nthe Oklahoma State Poultry Federation. The show shall be held each\n\nyear at a central point in the State of Oklahoma designated by the\n\nOklahoma State Poultry Federation. Expenses may be paid from any\n\nfunds that have been made available for that purpose to the State\n\nDepartment of Agriculture or the State Board of Agriculture on\n\nclaims approved by the Board. The State Poultry Show shall be\n\ndivided into two divisions:\n\n1. Adult or Open Division. Any person raising poultry may\n\nexhibit in the Division. Entry fees and premiums shall be fixed by\n\nthe Board in cooperation and after consultation with the Oklahoma\n\nState Poultry Federation or its representatives. Nonresident\n\nexhibitor premiums shall be paid from entry fees collected by the\n\nOklahoma State Poultry Federation; and\n\n2. Junior Division. An exhibitor in the division shall be a\n\nboy or girl between the ages of nine (9) and nineteen (19) years.\n\nParticipation in the Junior Divisions of all contests in school\n\ndistrict, county, and state poultry and egg shows shall be limited\n\nto specimens of poultry and eggs actually produced and raised by\n\nschool children of that district, county, and the state,\n\nrespectively.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"2506cf58811999cc77831b38ff43e0487950766319bc0669346c12c66f4a15b6","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-23"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
