Stat. tit. 2, § 2-10-77","heading":"Acts constituting violations of subarticle","body":"It shall be a violation of this subarticle for any person other\n\nthan those exempted in Section 10-77 of the Oklahoma Agricultural\n\nCode:\n\n1. To sell, display for sale, or offer for sale eggs below the\n\nquality of “Oklahoma Grade B” to consumers;\n\n2. To sell, display for sale, or offer for sale eggs to\n\nconsumers unless the container shows the pack-date and indicates the\n\ncorrect size and grade in boldface legible letters with no other\n\ndescriptive wording. Descriptive wording is permitted if the eggs\n\nare not below the quality of “Oklahoma Grade A” and the descriptive\n\nwording is not false or misleading;\n\n3. To sell, display for sale, or offer for sale eggs to\n\nconsumers unless the container exterior bears one of the following\n\nacceptable methods:\n\na. USDA plant number assigned by USDA, AMS while plant is\n\nunder contract for official grading service,\n\nb. Oklahoma state permit number as assigned by the\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry,\n\nc. packer name with complete address of the location\n\nwhere eggs were packed, and\n\nd. USDA shell egg surveillance registrant number\n\nincluding state code and handler code. Example: 05\n\n0267 NOTE: The shell egg surveillance registrant\n\nnumber contains a state code, county code, and handler\n\ncode. Do not include the county code, only state and\n\nhandler code;\n\n4. To falsely or deceptively label, mark, advertise, or invoice\n\neggs;\n\n5. To advertise eggs for sale with any descriptive wording,\n\nexcept official grade designations, unless the eggs meet the quality\n\nrequirements of “Oklahoma Grade A” or “Oklahoma Grade AA”, or to\n\nstate a price when advertising eggs without also designating the\n\nfull, correct, and unabbreviated grade and size;\n\n6. To store graded eggs at a higher ambient temperature than\n\nspecified in Section 10-73 of this title, including “Grade B” and\n\nabove, which are in the person's possession for sale or resale to\n\nconsumers;\n\n7. To sell, display for sale, or offer for sale eggs to\n\nconsumers in a container that does not bear the permit number of the\n\npacker or processor showing that the inspection fee has been paid;\n\n8. To use a retail egg container more than one time;\n\n9. To do business as a packer, processor, retailer, or dealer\n\nof eggs without first obtaining a license from the Board;\n\n10. To fail or neglect to pay any license or inspection fee, to\n\nfail or neglect to file the monthly inspection fee report when\n\nrequired, or to file a false monthly report of the quantity of eggs\n\npacked for sale during any month;\n\n11. To refuse any authorized agent of the Board entry to any\n\npremises or deny access to records or product when conducting\n\ninspections, investigations, or audits made pursuant to this\n\nsubarticle;\n\n12. To sell, display for sale, or offer for sale eggs to\n\nconsumers below Grade “A” with any descriptive wording other than\n\nthe correct grade as provided by the United States Department of\n\nAgriculture standards for shell eggs; or\n\n13.
