The State Board of Agriculture or its authorized\n\nagents are empowered to enter upon the premises of any\n\npoultry feeding operation for the purpose of\n\ninvestigating complaints as to the operation or to\n\ndetermine whether there are any violations of the\n\nOklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act.\n\nb. This section shall not be construed to authorize the\n\nBoard or its agents to violate any provision of the\n\nUnited States Constitution or the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution relating to unlawful search or seizure.\n\n2. a. Registration of a poultry feeding operation pursuant\n\nto the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations\n\nAct shall be deemed to constitute consent for entry\n\nupon the premises of such operation by the Board or\n\nits agents for the purpose of implementing the\n\nprovisions of this subsection.\n\nb. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry shall make at least one inspection per\n\ncalendar year of every poultry feeding operation\n\nregistered pursuant to the Oklahoma Registered Poultry\n\nFeeding Operations Act.\n\nB. 1. The Board shall promulgate standard precautions for the\n\nprevention of the transmission of communicable diseases to humans\n\nand animals to be used by employees of the Department when\n\ninspecting poultry feeding operations pursuant to their official\n\nduties specified by the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding\n\nOperations Act and rules promulgated pursuant thereto.\n\n2. Except for emergency situations or when enforcement of the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Registered Poultry Feeding Operations Act\n\nrequires the use of the standard precautions as promulgated by the\n\nBoard pursuant to paragraph 1 of this subsection, Department\n\nemployees shall observe the health standards and sanitary\n\nrequirements of the facility.\n\nC.
