Sections 10-9.13 through 10-9.15 of this title shall be\n\nknown and may be cited as the \"Oklahoma Poultry Waste Transfer Act\".\n\nThe purpose of this act shall be to encourage the transfer of\n\npoultry waste out of designated nutrient-limited watersheds and\n\nnutrient-vulnerable groundwater as designated in the most recent\n\nOklahoma Water Quality Standards.\n\nB.
