There is hereby created in the State Treasury a fund for the\n\nOklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated as the Poultry Waste Transfer Fund. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund not subject to fiscal year limitations and shall\n\nconsist of:\n\n1. All monies received by the Department for implementing the\n\npurpose of the provisions of the Oklahoma Poultry Waste Transfer\n\nAct;\n\n2. Interest attributable to investment of money in the Poultry\n\nWaste Transfer Fund; and\n\n3. Money received by the Department in the form of gifts,\n\ngrants, reimbursements, or from any other source intended to be used\n\nfor the purposes specified by or collected pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of the Poultry Waste Transfer Fund.\n\nB. The monies deposited in the Poultry Waste Transfer Fund\n\nshall at no time become monies of the state and shall not become\n\npart of the general budget of the Department or any other state\n\nagency.
