Prior to any land application of poultry waste by a\n\ncertified poultry waste applicator, the applicator shall obtain the\n\nmost recent soil and poultry waste tests as required by the Oklahoma\n\nPoultry Waste Applicators Certification Act.\n\n2. Land application of poultry waste in a non-nutrient-limited\n\nwatershed and non-nutrient-vulnerable groundwaters shall not be made\n\nat any rate which exceeds the Department's promulgated standards for\n\nland application of poultry waste.\n\n3. The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nmay promulgate rules pursuant to the Administrative Procedures Act\n\nwhich will prohibit the land application of poultry waste in\n\nnutrient-limited watersheds and nutrient-vulnerable groundwaters\n\nbased upon lower soil phosphorous levels than are allowed in this\n\nsection for non-nutrient-limited watersheds and non-nutrient-\n\nvulnerable groundwaters.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4fe371c4287d255f8bd2b4eed808b60e87d4df28588aff16106016df5175d1dc","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-9.18","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-9.19a"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
