Stat. tit. 2, § 2-10-9.23","heading":"Report of educational activities - Evaluation of","body":"effectiveness of curriculum.\n\nThe Oklahoma Cooperative Extension Service shall provide to the\n\nSecretary of the Environment no later than January 31 of each year a\n\nwritten report of their educational activities involving poultry\n\noperators and waste applicators pursuant to this act. This report\n\nshall include, but not be limited to:\n\n1. The number of operators and applicators enrolled in courses\n\nrequired in the first year listed by county;\n\n2. The number of operators successfully completing such courses\n\nlisted by county;\n\n3. The number of operators and applicators enrolled in courses\n\nrequired in subsequent years listed by county; and\n\n4. The number of operators successfully completing such courses\n\nlisted by county.\n\nThe Secretary of the Environment shall use the data provided in this\n\nreport along with water quality monitoring and other environmental\n\ndata to evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum offered.
