Stat. tit. 2, § 2-10-9.24","heading":"Agriculture Regulation Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated the \"Agriculture Regulation Revolving Fund\". The fund\n\nshall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations,\n\nand shall consist of fees and fines assessed on concentrated animal\n\nfeeding operations, registered poultry feeding operations, and any\n\nother monies deposited in this fund pursuant to law. All monies\n\naccruing to the credit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may\n\nbe budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture,\n\nFood, and Forestry for the regulation, enforcement, and\n\nadministration of the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry Water Quality Division.
