Every poultry feeding operation shall be required to\n\nregister annually to operate pursuant to the Oklahoma Registered\n\nPoultry Feeding Operations Act and rules promulgated pursuant\n\nthereto.\n\nB. 1. Two or more poultry operations under common ownership\n\nare considered, for the purposes of registration, to be a single\n\npoultry feeding operation if they adjoin each other or if they use a\n\ncommon waste facility.\n\n2. Once the cumulative amount of poultry waste produced by all\n\nfacilities owned or managed by a person meets or exceeds the amount\n\nspecified by paragraph 20 of Section 10-9.1 of this title, all\n\npoultry feeding operations owned by the person shall be required to\n\nbecome registered.\n\n3.
