Stat. tit. 2, § 2-10-91","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subarticle:\n\n1. \"Consumer\" means any person using poultry for food, and\n\nshall include restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, hospitals, state\n\ninstitutions, and/or any other establishment serving food to be\n\nconsumed on the premises;\n\n2. \"Federal inspection\" means the poultry inspection service\n\nconducted by the poultry inspection branch of the United States\n\nDepartment of Agriculture;\n\n3. \"Fowl\" means chickens, turkeys, ducks, geese, and any other\n\ndomesticated birds used for human food;\n\n4. \"Poultry\" means domesticated raw fowl;\n\n5. \"Poultry products\" means the carcasses or parts of carcasses\n\nof poultry produced entirely or in substantial part from poultry;\n\n6. \"Reclassified\" means the reprocessing of poultry in which\n\npoultry is cut into parts and parts are graded;\n\n7. \"State inspection\" means the poultry inspection service\n\nconducted by the Oklahoma State Board of Agriculture; and\n\n8. \"Wholesome\" means sound, healthful, clean, and fit for human\n\nfood.","path":["OK Code","Title 2"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os2.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c8ab414668e2057fbaa1e13e3a14931d819687c084979a82c539afc772ff25f8","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-9.9","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-2-2-10-92"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
