Stat. tit. 2, § 2-11-12","heading":"February 2021 Winter Storm Grant Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry to be\n\ndesignated the \"February 2021 Winter Storm Grant Revolving Fund\".\n\nThe fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the\n\nDepartment in the form of appropriations, donations, or other monies\n\ndesignated for deposit in the fund. All monies accruing to the\n\ncredit of the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and\n\nexpended by the Department for the purpose of providing grants to an\n\nincorporated municipality as provided by this act.
