Stat. tit. 2, § 2-11-2","heading":"Ungraded agricultural products - Misleading practices -","body":"Penalty.\n\nIt shall be unlawful and deemed a Class D3 felony offense to\n\nsell, offer for sale, or advertise any agricultural product using\n\nany word, figure, number, or term which pertains to grade, quality,\n\ncondition, quantity, or size, including No. 1, Fancy, Choice,\n\nSelect, A, Large, Size A, or any other word, figure, number, or term\n\nwhich in any manner implies or suggests that the product involved\n\nhas been officially graded unless the product has actually been\n\nofficially graded, sized, or measured under state or federal\n\nregulations or sized or measured in accordance with the requirements\n\nof the State Board of Agriculture or federal regulations.
