The State Department of Agriculture shall have the authority\n\nto inspect any premise within this state during regular business\n\nhours when the Department has reasonable grounds to believe that\n\nactivity governed by the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act is\n\nor may be occurring. This inspection shall be to determine if the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act are being\n\ncarried out and the environment is being protected from the\n\npossibility of being contaminated by a regulated article.\n\nB. The Board is authorized to promulgate rules needed for the\n\ncontrol of regulated articles as authorized by the Oklahoma\n\nAgriculture Biotechnology Act.
