Any person violating the provisions of the Oklahoma\n\nAgriculture Biotechnology Act shall, upon conviction thereof, be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor and may be punished by a fine of not less\n\nthan One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) nor more than Ten Thousand\n\nDollars ($10,000.00). For the purposes of this section, each day\n\nupon which a violation is committed or is permitted to continue\n\nshall be deemed a separate offense.\n\nB. If, after public hearing in accordance with the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, the State Board of Agriculture shall\n\nfind any person to be in violation of any of the provisions of the\n\nOklahoma Agriculture Biotechnology Act, the Board has the authority\n\nto assess, after notice and hearing, an administrative penalty of\n\nnot less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and not more than One\n\nThousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for each violation.
