The Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry\n\nshall enter into a written agreement on behalf of the State of\n\nOklahoma with the United States Department of Agriculture Wildlife\n\nServices. The agreement shall be for the purpose of cooperating\n\nwith Wildlife Services in conducting wildlife damage management for\n\nbeavers, coyotes, bobcats, feral swine, and other wildlife or\n\ninvasive species causing destruction to livestock, poultry, crops,\n\nrange land, forests, and other resources, including human health and\n\nsafety.\n\nB. Wildlife damage management of predatory animals and other\n\nspecies causing damage shall include but not be limited to hunting,\n\ntrapping, or other practical methods for the control of damage to\n\nresources. Operations shall be directly supervised by the United\n\nStates Department of Agriculture Wildlife Services in association\n\nwith the Department. The Department is authorized to enter into\n\ncooperative agreements with counties, associations, corporations,\n\nand individuals for hunting and trapping operations and control of\n\nwildlife damage.\n\nC. In cooperation with Wildlife Services, the Department is\n\nauthorized to purchase animal damage management supplies, including\n\nbut not limited to bait, for cooperating governmental agencies,\n\ncounties, associations, corporations, and individuals for the\n\ncontrol of damage caused by predatory animals and other species.\n\nThe Department shall make these supplies and baits available to\n\ncooperators at approximate cost. The receipts from the sale of\n\nsupplies and baits shall be credited to the State Department of\n\nAgriculture Revolving Fund.\n\nD. Furs, skins, specimens or other parts or byproducts of\n\ncommercial value collected by Wildlife Services agents shall be sold\n\nupon sealed bids after advertisement of the sales, as prescribed by\n\nthe Department. The proceeds of all sales shall be credited to the\n\nState Department of Agriculture Revolving Fund. Any specimen may be\n\npresented, free of charge, to any state institution subject to the\n\njurisdiction and control of the State of Oklahoma.
