Stat. tit. 2, § 2-12-2","heading":"Agents authorized to carry firearms","body":"\n\nIt shall be lawful for an authorized agent of the State Board of\n\nAgriculture engaged in wildlife damage management, pursuant to the\n\nprovisions of Section 12-1 of this title, to carry firearms in the\n\ncourse of his or her official duties.
