Stat. tit. 2, § 2-14-2","heading":"Standards and methods","body":"The Director of the Bureau of Standards shall have charge of the\n\nvarious standards of weights, measures, and testing devices received\n\nby this state from the United States pursuant to Resolutions of\n\nCongress approved June 14, 1836, and July 27, 1866, and any future\n\nstandards which may be received from the United States. The\n\nDirector shall have charge of the various state or office standards\n\npurchased by this state for the Bureau.\n\nThe Director shall have charge and control of the standard\n\nmethods of weighing, measuring, and testing in this state.
