Stat. tit. 2, § 2-14-4","heading":"General control - Seal","body":"The Bureau of Standards shall be available to all state\n\ndepartments, municipal and private corporations, and citizens of\n\nthis state. The Bureau shall be the highest official authority with\n\nregard to standards of weights, measures, and testing devices, and\n\nmethods of weighing, measuring, and testing for this state. The\n\nfindings of the Bureau of Standards in any case or question shall be\n\nconsidered prima facie evidence of the correctness of the case or\n\nquestion.
