Except as provided in this article or by rules promulgated\n\npursuant thereto, any package kept for the purpose of sale, offering\n\nfor sale, or exposing for sale shall bear on the outside of the\n\npackage a definite, plain, and conspicuous declaration of:\n\n1. The identity of the commodity in the package, unless the\n\ncommodity can easily be identified through the wrapper or container;\n\n2. The quantity of contents in terms of weight, measure, or\n\ncount; and\n\n3. The name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer,\n\nor distributor if the package is kept, offered or exposed for sale,\n\nor sold in any place other than the premises where packed.\n\nB.
