Issue stop sale, stop use, hold, and removal orders with\n\nrespect to any weight or measure found to be in violation of the\n\nOklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency Act;\n\n2. Seize for use as evidence any incorrect or unapproved weight\n\nor measure found to be used, retained, or sold in violation of the\n\nOklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency Act or rules\n\npromulgated pursuant thereto;\n\n3. Conduct investigations to ensure compliance with the\n\nOklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency Act and rules\n\npromulgated thereto; and\n\n4.
