Stat. tit. 2, § 2-14-66","heading":"Owner serviced and maintained devices","body":"Nothing in the Oklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency\n\nAct shall prohibit a weight or measure owner or a regular employee\n\nof the owner from servicing or repairing a device. However, if the\n\ndevice is found out of tolerance and is rejected by the State Board\n\nof Agriculture, the owner is responsible for repairing the device\n\nwithin the time specified on the rejected tag. In addition, the\n\nowner shall notify the Board when the device is repaired and in\n\noperation.
