The State Board of Agriculture may suspend, cancel, revoke,\n\nor refuse reissuance of a license after the person has an\n\nopportunity for public hearing pursuant to the Administrative\n\nProcedures Act. In addition, the person may be prosecuted for any\n\nof the following violations:\n\n1. Failure to correct work on each job which fails to meet the\n\nrequirements and required testing procedures as adopted by the\n\nNational Conference on Weights and Measures and published in\n\nHandbook 44 as amended;\n\n2. Failure to complete the placing-in-service report in its\n\nentirety and to report the accurate description of parts replaced,\n\nadjusted, or reconditioned and work performed;\n\n3. Failure to report in a contract or work agreement a written\n\nexplanation of the actual repairs required to repair the weight or\n\nmeasure to meet the requirements;\n\n4. Failure to furnish to the Board, upon request, duplicated\n\ncopies of the service agency or any service technician weight or\n\nmeasure test report, or any other information required by the Board;\n\n5. To test or place in service a weight or measure that does\n\nnot meet the requirements for a commercial device as specified in\n\nHandbook 44 and the required testing procedures for the category of\n\nweight and measure;\n\n6. Making a misrepresentation for the purpose of defrauding;\n\n7. Operating as a service technician or service agency without\n\nproper license;\n\n8. Repairing a weight or measure unless the repair involved\n\ncauses the weight or measure to meet the requirements of the\n\nOklahoma Service Technician and Service Agency Act for at least\n\nninety (90) days after the repairs;\n\n9. Failure to submit a placing-in-service report to the Board\n\nwithin five (5) calendar days after that repair, installation, or\n\nremoval is performed; and\n\n10. Filing a false or fraudulent application to the Board.\n\nB. It shall be unlawful for any person, holder or nonholder of\n\na valid license to violate any provisions of the Oklahoma Service\n\nTechnician and Service Agency Act or rules promulgated thereto.
