Stat. tit. 2, § 2-14-81","heading":"Analytical laboratory - Purposes","body":"The State Department of Agriculture is directed to establish, at\n\nthe earliest practicable time, as a function of the State Department\n\nof Agriculture, analytical laboratory facilities for the following\n\npurposes:\n\n1. Conducting analyses to determine the qualitative and\n\nquantitative amounts of pesticidal residues or other objectionable,\n\nharmful, or deficient materials in crops, foodstuffs, water, and\n\nother materials destined for human consumption or for animal feeds\n\nincluding forage crops and whole grains which are shipped in\n\nintrastate commerce in Oklahoma or which are sold or to be sold for\n\nhuman consumption or for animal feeds in Oklahoma;\n\n2. Conducting tests and making qualitative and quantitative\n\nanalyses to determine:\n\na. the quality or wholesomeness of manufactured milk and\n\nmanufactured dairy products,\n\nb. diseases affecting animal health, and\n\nc. various ingredients or components of feed, fertilizer,\n\nand pesticides; or\n\n3.
