The State Department of Agriculture shall determine the days\n\nand hours of the operation of the State Department of Agriculture\n\nlaboratory. The laboratory shall conduct qualitative and\n\nquantitative analyses of pesticidal residues and other chemical\n\ndeterminations of agricultural products contained in samples\n\nsubmitted, by any person, agency, group, or other organization.\n\nB. The State Board of Agriculture shall promulgate a schedule\n\nof fees for work performed by the laboratory. The fees shall be\n\ncalculated to help defray the costs of operating the laboratory\n\nincluding, but not limited to: salaries, chemicals, materials,\n\nequipment, and repairs to and replacement of materials, equipment,\n\nand buildings. Fees paid by state offices and agencies utilizing\n\nthe services of the laboratory shall be paid from their general\n\nappropriations.\n\nC.
