Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-114","heading":"Election or appointment of successors - Terms -","body":"Organization of board.\n\nA. Upon the expiration of the term to which each director has\n\nbeen elected or appointed, the board of county commissioners shall:\n\n1. Cause the filing period for the position of director to the\n\nfair board association to commence in January; and\n\n2. Provide for the election or appointment of the director in\n\naccordance with the provisions as set forth in Section 15-113 of\n\nthis title.\n\nB. The director shall be elected or appointed to the board of\n\ndirectors for a term of three (3) years.\n\nC. The commissioner or county clerk presiding at such meeting\n\nshall certify and file in the office of the county clerk the name or\n\nnames of the directors elected. The county clerk shall keep a\n\nrecord thereof and shall issue to each person elected a certificate\n\nof election.\n\nD. The board of directors shall, within ten (10) days after\n\nappointment and taking oath of office, organize by electing a\n\npresident, vice president, secretary and treasurer, who shall hold\n\noffice at the pleasure of the board.
