The board of directors shall have the power, authority and\n\ncontrol over any agricultural and industrial exposition and fair,\n\nand the management, operation and conducting of the exposition and\n\nfair.\n\nB. The board shall at the end of each calendar year, and in any\n\nevent not later than thirty (30) days thereafter, make and file\n\nunder oath, with the board of county commissioners, a complete\n\ndetailed report of all their transactions of business and finance\n\nfor the year.
