The president of the board of directors shall be the\n\npresiding officer of the board and shall:\n\n1. Perform the usual duties incumbent upon such officer; and\n\n2. Ensure compliance with all orders of the board.\n\nB. The secretary of the board shall be the recording officer\n\nand shall:\n\n1. Keep and have supervision over all records;\n\n2. File and safely keep all documents of the agricultural and\n\nindustrial exposition and fair;\n\n3. At all times be subject to the order and direction of the\n\nboard of directors; and\n\n4. Perform all duties imposed upon him or her by the board of\n\ndirectors compatible with the duties of such office.\n\nC. The county treasurer shall be the custodian of all funds.\n\nAll receipts and revenue set apart for the benefit of and belonging\n\nto such agricultural and industrial exposition and fair shall be\n\ncurrently deposited with the county treasurer.
