The secretary shall be paid a salary to be fixed by the board\n\nof directors to be paid in equal monthly installments. The\n\nsecretary shall give a surety bond in an amount to be fixed by the\n\nboard of directors and to be approved by the board payable to the\n\ncounty and conditioned for the faithful performance of duties.
