The board of directors is hereby given the power and\n\nauthority to provide for and collect the following fees and charges:\n\n1. A reasonable general admission fee per person, except that\n\nno admission charges or fees shall be exacted from persons\n\nexhibiting items such as natural resources or livestock;\n\n2. A reasonable fee for merchants display space and\n\nconcessions;\n\n3. A reasonable fee as rental for barns, pens and other\n\nbuildings;\n\n4. A reasonable entrance fee and stall rent sufficient to\n\nmaintain stalls in a clean and sanitary condition and for light,\n\nfuel and water service;\n\n5. A reasonable charge for parking cars or other vehicles;\n\n6. A reasonable entrance fee to persons desiring to enter into\n\ncompetition in exhibitions of speed and athletic skill; and\n\n7. A reasonable admission fee to persons desiring to enter the\n\nenclosure in which such exhibitions are held to witness the\n\nexhibitions.\n\nB. During the agricultural and industrial exposition and fair,\n\na day may be set apart for school children in cities and towns and a\n\nday for school children in rural communities to allow such children\n\nto be admitted free into the agricultural and industrial exposition\n\nand fair.\n\nC.
