All property heretofore acquired by any county by virtue of\n\nthe provisions of various legislative acts for expositions and free\n\nfair purposes is hereby declared to be the property of such county\n\ncoming within the provisions of this article, and is hereby placed\n\nunder the custody and control of the board of county commissioners\n\nin such county the same as other county property. The property\n\nshall be used for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of\n\nSections 15-111 through 15-127 of this title.\n\nB. The board of directors of an exposition and fair shall have\n\nthe right to:\n\n1. Lease or rent any of the property belonging to it,\n\nincluding, but not limited to, all grounds, buildings and equipment\n\nof the exposition and fair, for any purpose, and upon such terms as\n\nthey deem proper, during such time as the same is not being used for\n\nexposition and fair purposes; and\n\n2.
