The board of county commissioners of any county qualifying,\n\npursuant to Section 15-142 of this title, may lease the grounds,\n\nbuildings, equipment and facilities owned and acquired by the county\n\nfor the purpose of conducting annual agricultural and industrial\n\nfairs and expositions to a Public Trust Authority, created pursuant\n\nto the laws of the State of Oklahoma as they relate to public\n\ntrusts, for the purposes of managing the grounds, buildings,\n\nequipment and facilities as well as conducting annual agricultural\n\nand industrial fairs and expositions.\n\nB. The Public Trust Authority shall have all rights, powers,\n\nauthority, duties and responsibilities which are now or hereafter\n\nprovided by general law for public trusts in Oklahoma, pursuant to\n\nSections 176 through 180.4 of Title 60 of the Oklahoma Statutes, and\n\nthe Oklahoma Trust Act, which are not inconsistent with the\n\nprovisions of this article.\n\nC. The Trust Authority, with the approval of the county\n\ncommission, may issue revenue bonds for not to exceed twenty-five-\n\nyear terms in accordance with trust laws of the State of Oklahoma.\n\nD. The trust may sublease any facilities, provided any lease in\n\nexcess of two (2) years shall be approved by the board of county\n\ncommissioners.\n\nE.
