The Trust Authority shall be composed of from nine to\n\ntwenty-one trustees, to be determined by the board of county\n\ncommissioners in multiples of three. Each county commissioner shall\n\nappoint the same number of trustees for three-year terms and such\n\nterms shall be staggered, all subject to confirmation by the board\n\nof county commissioners.\n\nB. It is the legislative intent that the appointment of\n\ntrustees made by the commissioners, insofar as possible, shall\n\nrepresent the full geographical area of the county and all areas of\n\nparticipation in the fair and fairground operations. As soon as\n\npracticable after the act becomes in force and effect, the board of\n\ncounty commissioners of any such county shall appoint the trustees\n\nof the Trust Authority as provided in this subsection, and the terms\n\nof such trustees shall be as follows:\n\n1. The first one-third of said trustees appointed shall serve\n\nfor an initial term of one (1) year each from the date of their\n\nappointment;\n\n2. The next one-third of said trustees shall serve for an\n\ninitial term of two (2) years from the date of their appointment;\n\nand\n\n3. The next one-third of said trustees shall serve for an\n\ninitial term of three (3) years from the date of their appointment.\n\nC. After expiration of the initial terms, the term of said\n\ntrustees shall be three (3) years.\n\nD. All trustees of the Trust Authority shall serve as such\n\nwithout compensation, and the appointed trustees shall hold no other\n\nmunicipal, county, state or federal elective office.\n\nE.
