No trustee, officer or employee of such Public Trust\n\nAuthority shall be a party either directly or indirectly, to any\n\ncontract or agreement with such Public Trust Authority from which he\n\nor she may derive any personal gain or profit.\n\nB. If any contract or agreement is made in violation of the\n\nprovisions of this section, the contract or agreement shall be null\n\nand void and no action shall be maintained thereon against such\n\nPublic Trust Authority. Any contract or agreement made in violation\n\nof the provisions of this section shall constitute cause for the\n\nimmediate removal of such member, trustee, officer or employee\n\nexecuting the contract or agreement.\n\nC.
