The Trust Authority shall employ a director who shall be\n\npaid a reasonable salary to be fixed by the Trust Authority. The\n\ndirector shall give a surety bond in the sum of not less than Fifty\n\nThousand Dollars ($50,000.00) the specific amount to be determined\n\nby the Trust Authority. The bond shall be approved by and made\n\npayable to the Trust Authority. The premium for said bond shall be\n\npaid by the Trust Authority.\n\nB. The Trust Authority may employ all employees necessary for\n\nthe purposes of Sections 15-141 through 15-147 of this title and\n\nprovide for the payment of reasonable salaries, wages, or\n\ncompensation to such employees.\n\nC. The Trust Authority may elect to place the director and\n\nemployees under the employees benefits provided by the board of\n\ncounty commissioners for other county employees. The cost of such\n\nbenefits shall be paid by the Trust Authority.\n\nD. The district attorney shall be authorized to represent the\n\nTrust Authority. Provided, however, the trustees may elect to\n\nemploy their own legal counsel, subject to the approval of the board\n\nof county commissioners.
