The account and books of the Trust Authority, including its\n\nreceipts, disbursements, contracts, mortgages, investments and other\n\nmatters relating to its finances, operations and affairs shall be\n\nexamined and audited not less than once each twelve (12) months by a\n\ncertified public accountant or licensed public accountant.\n\nB. The trustees of the Trust Authority may employ a certified\n\npublic accountant or licensed public accountant for the audit and\n\nexamination and pay a reasonable fee therefor from trust funds.\n\nC. The records, books and accounts may be examined from time to\n\ntime at the discretion of and by the State Auditor and Inspector as\n\nprovided by law.
