Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-21","heading":"Organization - Purpose - Restriction on location - Free","body":"township and county fairs not affected.\n\nFor the purpose of encouraging the development of the\n\nagricultural, horticultural, mechanical, mineral, stock-raising and\n\nall other industrial interests of the State of Oklahoma, three or\n\nmore counties may, as otherwise provided in this article, organize a\n\nfree district fair, provided that:\n\n1. No such free district fair shall be held within one hundred\n\n(100) miles of any other free district or State Fair; and\n\n2.
