Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-27","heading":"Notice to county excise board of election result and","body":"amount of estimate - Tax levy.\n\nWhen directed by a vote of the resident taxpayers at the special\n\nelection, the county commissioners shall at their first meeting\n\nthereafter, notify the county excise board that:\n\n1. The question specified by Section 15-25 of this title has\n\nbeen voted upon and carried; and\n\n2.
