All funds of the free district fair association shall be\n\ndeposited in a bank selected by the board of directors of such\n\nassociation. An accurate and itemized account of such funds shall\n\nbe kept together with the itemized statement of disbursements and\n\ncanceled checks for disbursements.\n\nB. No disbursement shall be made except upon a check signed by\n\nthe president, and countersigned by the secretary of a free district\n\nfair association.\n\nC.
