Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-5","heading":"Special premiums - Appropriations","body":"The county commissioners of the counties of this state, having a\n\ncounty fair association, organized pursuant to the laws of Oklahoma,\n\nare hereby authorized to appropriate any sum of money not to exceed\n\nFive Hundred Dollars ($500.00) each year to be offered as special\n\npremiums, such special premiums to be determined upon by the county\n\ncommissioners and the directors of the fair association.
