As soon as practicable, prior to July first, after the\n\nelection of members of the county fair association, the members\n\nelect shall meet at the county seat and shall perfect an\n\norganization by the election of a president, vice president,\n\nsecretary and a board of directors. The members elect shall\n\ndesignate a day where they shall have a twelve-hour window to vote\n\nfor the election of a president, vice president, secretary, and\n\nBoard of Directors. The Board of Directors shall consist of the\n\npresident, vice president, secretary and four members, and such\n\ncommittees and officers as shall be deemed necessary. The secretary\n\nmay be selected outside of the association, but must be a resident\n\nof the county seat or the town or city where the county fair is\n\nheld.\n\nB. The president, vice president, secretary, or any member of\n\nthe Board of Directors may be removed from their position for\n\nfailure to attend at least fifty percent (50%) of meetings in a\n\ncalendar year.
