The executive board, with such committee as may be selected\n\nfrom the county fair association, shall make an estimate of the cost\n\nof the township and county fairs, and shall certify such estimate to\n\nthe county excise board in time to be acted upon by the county\n\nexcise board at its annual meeting for making tax levies.\n\nB. The items to be considered in the expenditure of funds shall\n\nbe for:\n\n1. Premiums on livestock, poultry, agricultural and\n\nhorticultural products, dairy products, boys' and girls' club work,\n\nproducts of domestic science and domestic arts, school exhibits,\n\nhand painting, decorating and drawing, manufactured articles,\n\ncultivated plants and flowers;\n\n2. Necessary expenses of management of township and county\n\nfairs organized under the provisions of this article, including\n\noffice expenses, postage, telephone, digital and electronic\n\ncommunication, Internet and supporting equipment, salary and\n\ntraveling expenses of the secretary, printing and necessary office\n\nsupplies, premium ribbons and badges, clerical help, guards,\n\nsuperintendents and judges;\n\n3. Advertising the fairs and for decorating and cleaning the\n\ngrounds and buildings, and for caring for the grounds and buildings;\n\nand\n\n4.
