The county treasurer shall collect and apportion monies for\n\nthe county free fairs as other monies are collected and apportioned.\n\nB. In school districts which overlap into adjoining counties,\n\nthe levy for the free fair purposes shall be made and collected in\n\nthe same manner as for school purposes.\n\nC. The county treasurer shall disburse the monies from the levy\n\nupon vouchers issued by the executive board of the county free fair\n\nassociation, signed by the president and secretary of the same.\n\nD.
