The term \"free fair\" as used in Section 15-66 of this title\n\nshall be construed to mean community and county fairs and livestock\n\nshows and other agricultural shows where admission to the grounds\n\nand all exhibit buildings is free and no charge is made for entering\n\nexhibits on which premiums are offered.\n\nB.
