The president of a fair board shall be the executive head of\n\nthe association and perform all the duties usual to the office and\n\nenforce and carry out the orders and directions of the board.\n\nB. The vice president shall act in the absence of the\n\npresident.\n\nC. The secretary shall be the clerk of the board and keep all\n\nthe records and property of the association and shall keep an\n\naccount of the money and property of the association and draw all\n\nwarrants and orders on the treasurer.\n\nD.
