Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-85","heading":"Bond election - Proclamation - Publication - Time for","body":"election.\n\nA. The board of county commissioners in each county of this\n\nstate is hereby authorized and empowered to call an election for the\n\npurpose of issuing bonds to purchase lands, improve the same, and to\n\nconstruct buildings thereon for free fair purposes. The lands and\n\nimprovements thereon shall be owned and controlled by such counties.\n\nB. The commissioners shall call the election by issuing a\n\nproclamation therefor and giving notice thereof in four consecutive\n\nissues of a weekly newspaper published in and of general circulation\n\nin the county proposing to issue the bonds.\n\nC.
