Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-9","heading":"Notice to allow and pay premiums - Amount - Free admission","body":"to fair as condition - Premium list.\n\nWhen directed by a vote of the resident taxpayers, as provided\n\nin Section 15-7 of this title, the county commissioners shall at\n\ntheir first meeting thereafter, notify the officers of the stock\n\nshow or fair association named in the petition that the premiums\n\nshall be allowed and paid to the amount named in the petition and no\n\nmore, provided, that admittance is free at all times to the stock\n\nshow or fair association at which the premiums are offered. The\n\ncommissioners shall determine and notify the association of the\n\nnumber and amount of premiums to be offered and have a premium list\n\nprinted, which shall be furnished free to all interested.
