Stat. tit. 2, § 2-15-93","heading":"Lands upon which buildings for county free fairs may be","body":"constructed.\n\nA. Buildings for the purposes of any county free fair, which\n\nfair exists under any law of this state, may be constructed either\n\nupon land owned by the county or upon land which has been leased to\n\nthe county for a period of not less than fifty (50) years from the\n\ntime the construction of any such building has started. Any such\n\nbuilding may be constructed on leased land owned or leased by the\n\nUnited States or any agency thereof, if not contrary to any\n\nconditions imposed by the United States or the agency relating to\n\nthe land, notwithstanding the fact that the United States or the\n\nagency retains the right to take possession of such land in the\n\nevent of a national emergency.\n\nB.
