Monies received as a result of renting or leasing any\n\nbuilding or structure or any portion thereof, located on any county\n\nfairground which the county received as a gift from an individual\n\ncitizen who was a resident of the county may be used by the county\n\nfair board for maintenance and repair of such originally donated\n\nbuilding.\n\nB. The receipts shall not be subject to fiscal year\n\ncancellations but may be retained in a proper account from year to\n\nyear up to a maximum of a Fifteen Thousand Dollar ($15,000.00)\n\nbalance.\n\nC.
