Prior to the expenditure or the contracting for the\n\nexpenditure of a sum in excess of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00),\n\nthe county fair board shall present a notice of intent to the board\n\nof county commissioners setting forth:\n\n1. The expected sum to be expended;\n\n2. The reason for expending the sum of money; and\n\n3. The anticipated amount of said expenditure. The county fair\n\nboard shall secure from the board of county commissioners consent\n\nfor such expenditure.\n\nB.
